Initial version :tada: 

- Update of aerodynamics, aircraftGeometry2, airfoils, aixml, blackboxTest, coordinateSystemConversion, engine, moduleBasics, pymodulepackage, runtimeInfo, standardFiles, svl, unitConversion,
- Delete aircraftGeometry, aircraftNetwork, liftingLineInterface, propulsionsystem, spline, TNT,
- Adapt CMakeLists for adding new tools and deleting not used ones
- Include CMakePresets.json and cmake.in
- Change COPYRIGHT to LICENCE
- Adapt gitignore
- Delete Phabricator specific files (like .arclint)
