[FEATURE] PyAvlPackage and PyAvlUnicadoPackage

Description

These packages allows the interaction with avl. PyAvlPackage works as the core interaction while PyAvlUnicadoPackage is specific for usage with Unicado, e.g. provides methods to convert and create avl files directly from aerodynamic surfaces
