Solved issues #13 and #14 and made additional minor changes

Minor changes:

1. Made the width of some rooms in the OFD house model from AixLib.Building.HighOrder dependent on the energy saving ordinance.
2. Set a new default value for the path of the weather model AixLib.Building.Components.Weather.Weather
3. Deleted the revisions part of AixLib.Building.HighOrder as it was part of the importing library.
