Minor changes:

Made the width of some rooms in the OFD house model from AixLib.Building.HighOrder dependent on the energy saving ordinance.
Set a new default value for the path of the weather model AixLib.Building.Components.Weather.Weather
Deleted the revisions part of AixLib.Building.HighOrder as it was part of the importing library.
