This repository contains the implementation of a novel Dantzig-Wolfe-like cuts approach for the Hazmat Network Design Problem with Capacity Constraints (HNDPwCC). The code is implemented in Java and requires Gurobi as a solver. It also includes comparisons against the Benders-like cuts method from the literature on randomly generated instances.
