Added example about bacterial genomes upload with FASTA Application Profile

After @ilona.lang's presentation of Coscine to a NFDI4Microbiota meeting, I also presented a use-case of uploading data and metadata to Coscine using the Coscine SDK. The slides were made available but Katha (@Gruenwald) suggested that I write and share the script, decisions taken etc. I then remembered this repository and thought that adding an example for bacterial genomes upload might be of interest to others Coscine users.
