fixed a compatibility issue with the LegoAssembly and LegoComponent classes when using Python 3.11. Updated both __repr__ dunder methods to be more verbose

Now only includes the purchased parts that are available at the

Added getters for some important attributes of LegoComponent and LegoAssembly classes. Added a get_property that also allows getting uuid and aggregation layer

Added comparison methods to LegoComponent and LegoAssembly. Small updates to docstrings in modul level functions

Updated LegoComponent to use Google style docstrings. Modified __str__ and __repr__ to be more consistent with typical conventions
