Added a design_evaluator dummy config for propulsion design. Needs to be adapted to specific propulsion_design values later

Adds feature to handle multiple file comparisons. Adds feature that reads all needed information from the config.xml

renames acft_exch file and adds more for multifile comparison. Refactors printPtree for better readability. Eliminates whitespace when loading in .xml files.

Refactores into a statemachine and finishes data acquisition and subtraction. Is still missing output writing.
