Testing Instructions

1. [Step 1: How to test] Inorder to test this locally make sure aircraft_design repository is copied manually to docs/documentation folder. In CI pipeline this will happen automatically.
2. [Step 2: Expected outcome] Run mkdocs build --site-dir ./public and mkdocs serve commands.

What is still pending in this MR : Not fully double checked all the subpage contents are generated and displayed correctly on the Website. We can only close the Issue #21 only after verifying that.
