Updated documentation on workflow in RCE

Updated the documentation of the workflow in RCE in Documentation/Workflow. Added description of RCE and configuration settings, removed description of the Tigl Viewer as this is currently not supported. Please enhance the description of Mode0 and Mode2, as I don't know how they fully work.
