mission_analysis: include note that reserves are included in standard calculation

Summary

As discussed in the UNICADO workshop https://git.rwth-aachen.de/unicado/unicado-package/-/issues/46, the documentation can be improved. Acc to the current status, it is mentioned that e.g. the JAR settings include different "extra fuels". In the config, the user can define "extra fuel", "additional fuel" and "contingency fuel" - the "alternate fuel" and "final reserve fuel" which are mentioned in the docuentation are not a user input.
