rce_workflow (schueltke): get calibration mode running

rce_workflow (schueltke):

  • removed skip_OME_calibration because it is handled with the new mode for ome_calibration_mode
  • removed switches for reset_both_variables_at_start and reset_used_variable_at_start
  • adapt variable paths of calibration factors
  • replaced old MassesAndLoadings paths by new one
