Change design criteria from mission fuel mass to mission energy

Description

As we eliminated the nodes gravimetric and volumentric energy density from the acXML (see aircraft-references!10 (merged)), the wf does not work because it calculated the fuel mass based on it (see old function get_mass_specific_segment_mission_fuel).

To solve this, the design criteria from mission fuel mass to mission energy is changed. This is quite nice because battery electric aircraft will anyways have no fuel :D

Other Changes

• Applied header
• Deleted check tank volume because that is already done in weight and balance (and then I would need the energy density again)

Testing Instructions

1. Install wf with the installer from unicado-package!3 (merged)
2. copy the UNICADOworkflow folder from this MR into the workingDirectoryRCE
3. let it run 😄

NOTE: the installer contains the tools from Thursday. I will also test the current status and the installer updates with the following approach:

1. use aircraft-design!163 (merged) , !32 (merged) , unicado-package!3 (merged) and this MR to create installer
2. adapt aero config (for test purposes, this can be used: aerodynamic_analysis_conf.xml - changed DragCounts)
3. run it
