rce_workflow (schueltke): clean up of UNICADOworkflow folder and config

  • renamed all files in folder to pep8 style
  • adapted modules (but only module names) within the range_type_specific_factors.xml to new module names
  • deleted old entries in config file and added descriptions to every element
  • adapted workflow result folder names to pep8 style (e.g. configFiles --> config_files)
