[FIX] Remove output and settings files + updated library blackboxTest

fix/remove_output_and_settings_files into develop

output.h/.cpp and settings.h/.cpp were deprecated → removed from repository. This is part of issue #18

Removed additional linkage to blackboxTest library → blackboxTest is now an Interface library (no direkt compilation into a .so or .a)
