[FIX] Removes pkill from files

This file resolves the issue #35

Problem pkill is a standard linux console command and unknown under windows which generates the error documented in #35

Solution remove pkill from files

Tested:

• Linux → No issues
• Windows → unknown → needs check by reviewer

Additional added module specifier to generated plots for association to module
