Requirments mission writable again

Took away approach steps + fixed reporting and minor bugs Simply run a requirements mission if the report is writte. Also try design and study mission to make sure they still work propably and write reports with correct names

Aircraft is flying forward in all 3 cases and reports are generated correctly only some minor remarks

I get this error in the design loop:

resolved all threads

I just saw that I tested it with the new DP settings I posted in #38

I will test in now with the standard settings and get back to you

enabled an automatic merge when all merge checks for dcaa10e1 pass

With the attached older project version the changes of this MR work...I think the errors in the workflow are the "first loop" problems which will hopefully resolved with #57 and are not due to these changes. IMO we can approve this MR and start another one for a running WF
