Requirments mission writable again

Merged gPauls-TUHH requested to merge fix/repair_requirements_mission into develop

Took away approach steps + fixed reporting and minor bugs Simply run a requirements mission if the report is writte. Also try design and study mission to make sure they still work propably and write reports with correct names

  • With the attached older project version the changes of this MR work...I think the errors in the workflow are the "first loop" problems which will hopefully resolved with #57 and are not due to these changes. IMO we can approve this MR and start another one for a running WF
