Bug fix mode_1 (calculation of inertia by components)

Corrected the calculation of the inertia by components.

Deleted unused function for landing mass.

Testing Instructions

1. Check out this branch, chose mode_1 under inertia method in the config file and then run the weight_and_balance.py
2. The module runs without error and inertias are calculated for the total masses. Changes can be seen when the mass is increasing or decreasing.

Additional Notes

As most of the components' inertias are missing, maybe it is better to take this mode completly out, as the calculated inertia results are not correct.
