Changed year in header
Corrected calculation of number of flights per year
Updated crew salaries (new values, "Arbeitgeberbrutto")
Implemented conversion from EUR to USD (added exchange_rate as user input and converted all cost shares)
Corrected all outputs (prints, HTML, plots, XML)
