add default keywords for learning resources

Also, I accidentally created new branches by clicking on the button "create merge request" in the issue (repeatedly), which immediately created them without asking for further confirmation. I think I do not have the permission to delete them. @jgrieb you might need to vaccuum this mess, sorry 😲
