Resolve "[discussion] Difference between nfdico:norm and fabio:technical standard"

nfdico:norm has a conflict as it is equivalent to dcterms:standard, while the dcterms class is more broad (and not in the requirements of the v1 KG), the Norm class refers to a technical standard, which for now we have imported from fabio.
