Controlled list needed for the Method class
A controlled list of methods should be defined. Also, possibles subclasses or types of methods should also be discussed. As well as any relevant resource that contains relevant scientific methods.

is it planned to add superclasses like: microscopy, spectroscopy, mechanical testing?

No, at the moment, there is only Characterization and Computational Method subclasses for Method.

I suggest to add also: Nanoindentation, Charpy testing, Bending testing, non-destructive testing (e.g. Ultrasonic testing, Eddy current testing)
