Better readability and structure + fixes in Paper

Reproduces paper results (identical for Functional Connectivities, but a tiny bit better for us for Synth Networks? Don't know why, maybe just luck with the random networks)

Best to just quickly discuss next year.

  • Why does Node2Vec, Role2Vec perform worse when parallel and not using a metagraph. Currently reverted back to using the old none paralillzed version (which is super slow), but maybe be better for our comparison anyways.
