Oneclick nn training
Automatically trains NNs that are part of the defined architecture. If the same network is used multiple times, it is only trained once.
Adds docker containers for MXNet and Caffe2, to allow integration tests.

Hinweis: Beginnend mit dem nächsten Release (GitLab 17.7) wird OpenSSL 3 verwendet. Alle TLS-Verbindungen erfordern TLS 1.2 oder höher. Schwächere Chiffren werden nicht mehr unterstützt.
