Oneclick nn training

This PR makes the path to the training data configurable via a data_paths.txt file. This is necessary to implement the automatic training feature for the EMADL2CPP package.

I've increased the version number from 0.2.12 to 0.2.13, but I'm not sure how you decide what constitutes a new major/minor version.
