Renamed VariableSymbol to ParameterSymbol
Introduced layer variable declarations (they also support layers other than RNN)
Changed IOSymbol to VariableSymbol which now combines IO variables and layer variables
Added basic RNN layer
Moved MXNet-related code from CNNArch2X to here
