Fix harcoded testing loop

Carlos Alfredo Yeverino Rodriguez requested to merge fix_harcoded_testing_loop into master

This will make the testing loop from CNNCreator dynamic instead of being hardcoded.

NOTE: I had to implement a workaround for a maven-surefire-plugin bug that causes the failure of BranchJobLinux.
