Brings threshold temperatures (cooling above and heating below the thresholds) into AixLib. This is connected to https://github.com/RWTH-EBC/TEASER/pull/618 Since we don't need the ideal threshold in our project but I want to bring this into AixLib anyway, I want to open an seperated PR here, the old related one is #732
