Issue715 convert reversible HP to reversible chiller merge

The reversible HP model was changed by the introduccion of partial component models working for both as a heat pump and as a chiller. Furthermore a new reversible chiller model was developed based on the new reversible HP model for the Fluid and the FastHVAC library.

These changes lead to a situation in which the user can chose the model he needs based on its main operation as a cooler (chiller) or a heater (heat pump). The naming, for example evaporator and condenser, are adapted for its main operation mode to simplify the usability.

Also, the HeatPumpSystem package is adapted to these changes and the examples are extended by a hysteresis for reversible operation.
