Finished system integration of Heat Pump model. All changes as discussed in meeting. Only some parameters from the HPControl Block have to be propagated. Furthermore the model EvaporatorCondenserWithCapacity should be moved to Fluid.HeatExchangers if the implementation is correct and we will use the models. Deleted models no longer necessary. Ordered all models according to AixLib-Wiki.
