Issue309 fast Hvac heatconvection inside pipes

  • Made a model for the heat convection inside a pipe by a flowing media for fastHvac which was missing
  • Integrated this in the HeatingCoil model for storages
  • Added dynamic viscosity to simplemedia model in fastHvac and added data for existing media (water and DC20)
