Issue #100 Deleted TMC Parameter without effect
Deleted the TMC parameter in Building.HighOrder/Rooms/MFD/CellarAttic/Attic_Ro2Lf1.mo and Building/HighOrder/Rooms/MFD/CellarAttic/Cellar.mo as they had no effect
