Issue 1006 allowFlowReversal was propagated and assumptions tab added in AixLib.Fluid.Storage.BufferStorage

This PR solves issue 1006. The parameter allowFlowReversal was propagated for the layers and heating coils. In addition, the tab "Assumptions" was added within the model
