Jkofferath.datastructures

I bluntly translated all the required datastructures from the java_implementation to Python classes in order for us to be able to use those for the implementation of the linguistic processing. We will possibly have to make some modifications to the classes while actually working with the structures but this state should be a good starting point. Since @marc.ludevid is currently not available, I guess it should suffice that @piahalkour approves this merge request before proceeding with the next steps.
