Checking hyperlinks of the readme and wiki

We need to check and correct the hyperlinks of the readme. For example:

  • The hyperlink written at the end of the licence section can not be found.

Furthermore, we need to check the wiki. For example:

  • The page 'conversion scripts' explicitly describes a problem of the Modelica library AixLib. Thus, we should adapt the descriptions to the SorpLib.
