Revisions without the corresponding 'revisions' annotation

Referring to chapter 18.2 (annotations for documentation) of the newest Modelica language specifications:

annotation"(" Documentation "(" "info" "=" STRING ["," "revisions" "=" STRING ] ")" ")"

It exists a specific 'revisions' annotation and thus we should use this annotation for making revisions. At the present moment, revisions are documented using the 'info' annotation.
