Edited the splash screen so it shows the athene head in the beginning

  • Changed the loading image to the kutud image
  • now there are smooth transitions between the splash screen, the loading screen, the reload screen (if you are not connected) and the introduction screen to the main screen. Added Athene_250.png because the existing one was to big for the splash screen.
