Implemented new calculation methods for psychoacoustic parameters loudness, sharpness, roughness and fluctuation strength

Wrapping functions for the MATLAB calculation functions to calculate loudness, sharpness, roughness and fluctuation strength were implemented for each parameter. Additionally, a new class itaSpecificResult was added to plot spectrograms for e.g. specific loudness.
