Fix RAVEN unit test toggle

Pascal Palenda requested to merge bugfix/raven-unit-tests into develop

The RAVEN unit tests were not added even when ITA_SIMULATION_SCHEDULER_RAVEN_MODULE was set. This was caused by a missing compiler flag (WITH_RAVEN).

After this was added, the build failed. These issues were fixed as well.
