Improve the gRPC interface to allow better integration with python

This MR will adapt VANets gRPC interface to be better compatible with a python interface.

Further Todos:

  • VANetServiceImplementation does not implement AddSignalSourceSequencerSample correctly.
  • AudioReproductionInfo output variables have the wrong name
