Shared loudspeaker Setups between VBAP & HOA

Branch implements VBAPLoudspeakerSetup, which is used to create triangulations for loudspeaker setups used in VBAP/MDAP or HOA once and then shared across reproductions. It further adds an interface implementation for the calculation of HOA decoder matrices.

I recommend merging the triangulation branch on ITABase first, though not required. ITABase!4
