Development for the combination of PELICAN with the other birds within pynamic
This MR collects some minor changes required for a good dynamic auralization with pynamic.
Changes include:
- Adding packaging via Python wheel
- logging improvements
- Adding rotations and separated diffraction and reflection to the netCDF output
- Also, calculate these rotations
