Support: adapt to CPM version bump

With the new version of CPM, CPM adds a package redirect for the packaged downloaded by it. This caused the find_package for xerces to fail. This commit fixes the issue by disabling the feature temporarily.

This also adds a small feature that changes the branch of the ITACorelibs depending on the branch of this project. This helps if this project is not build from the ITASuite.
