Implemented features and fixes:

  • Add "pass due to bonus"-checkbox, remove "require pass all"-checkbox
  • #162 (closed) Show how the closed pass mark is calculated in a new window
  • #166 (closed) Don't show max points on grading scheme export, add bonus points to csv export remark
  • #170 (closed) Add info label with initial number of maximum points, if changed
  • #171 (closed) Show fail percentage in overview
  • Fix a regression so that grades 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 are correctly displayed again (with a .0 at the end)
