@Heinrichs @petar.hristov I checked on Friday and today to see if this AP was in d-sp10 but it's still not there. Despite running the pipeline on Thursday and on Friday. Do you know what might be the issue? Or what I could do to fix it?

@petar.hristov this is due to the migration of the graph deployer, we need to adapt the deployment script to make use of the new structure.

@Heinrichs @petar.hristov I noticed that it's missing the field "Organ" where it should have a list of organs from which the user can choose. I edited the code in the web IDE but the change is not reflecting in d-sp10. Could it be related to the graph deployer issue?

I tested this AP by copying the code into Aims and it works. This one should be merged before the updated Preclinical Imaging Version 4. Since this AP is an import to Preclinical Imaging Version 4.

@c.gonzalez I just re-triggered the pipeline to deploy the change on the DSP10. The changes should be visible in few minutes.

It actually seems to be there but not displayed

Same for Coscine. The data is visible in the response content but not displayed in the ui.
