Updated ct parameters ap names

Changed the title so CT Parameters is now called "Updated CT Parameters" which goes with the "Updated Preclinical Imaging" AP

@c.gonzalez again I would use "Aktualisiertes", but is there maybe a way you could name it, v1 & v2 or something?

This makes !313 (closed) obsolete, right? So please close the other MR then

Looking at d-sp10 I see the updated name for Preclinical Imaging and CT parameters but I don't see the updated Organ Segmentation AP.

I'm not sure why it's not showing up as Organ Segmentation Version 2

@c.gonzalez very weird, if I search for "version", I find it, otherwise I don't.

but since it seems find otherwise, I would merge it and we will put it on live.
