Build: Mockup Pages (!323) · Merge requests · Coscine / frontend / apps / UI

The idea of this merge request is to have a pages build for the Coscine UI where just the UI with the mockup mode can be seen, similar to the AIMS Frontend (https://coscine.pages.rwth-aachen.de/frontend/apps/aimsfrontend/).

State: It currently builds and produces the page, but for some reason does not set the Mockup mode.
