Update AASX writing to DotAAS V3.0RC01

Changes the signature and behaviour of AASXWriter.write_aas().

Requires some additional work to:

• adapt sample files of compliance tool tests to changed example data.
• fix return type annotation of UniqueIdShortNamespace.__iter__
