Adapt and include ACXML2CPACS conversion

Summary

The common standard in aircraft design is to define data in a CPACS format. UNICADO2.1 was able to do the conversion in both ways (from acxml2cpacs was fully running, the way vice versa was partly running) but as the AcXML changed, this needs to be adapted. This task is to reactivate the full running way from our UNICADO Aircraft XML to CPACS v3.4
