[IMPROVEMENT] Add version number to UNICADOinstaller.exe in GUI

Summary
Add version installer version to gui headline (all pages)
Why?
To keep track which is the latest installer - Since unicado-package and website are not on the same repository, the installer might not be the latest version. So to keep track which was the latest installer, the version should be added to the gui to make sure that the correct version is used
